Legend of the Seeker Season 2 Episode 22 - "Tears"
Richard, separated from his companions, continues in his quest to defeat the Keeper once and for all. With the Stone of Tears in hand, he reaches the Pillars of Creation in an attempt to seal the many rifts opening to the Underworld, but soon comes face to face with his greatest enemy. Meanwhile, Kahlan falls under the control of the omnipotent Sister Nicci, who sends the Mother Confessor on a mission of destruction.

I'm really sad--I googled, and it said that that was the last episode and that there will be no season 3----has anyone found a contradiction?
I googled it and there will be another season to legend of the seeker, I so cant wait I love this show.

The idea of a third season was cancelled.
well its not close to good yet, and if u read the books u will somewhat know whats comming next, its 19books with around 500pages in each ;P
im sure there is another season because nikke didn't die and darken rahl would't revive her if there is no point to revive her.
if there wasn't going to be a 3rd season then this would have been a series finale not a season finale so clearly there will be a 3rd season.
fortunately, i'va just read that the production has confirmed that the 3rd season will be filmed!!so i guess that we'll have to wait for the next november or something like that... but who cares, better than nothing!!:D
i loved this episode, really epic... from the final moments i have the impression that we'll see a lot of love scenes in the next season:D

I saw last interview on youtube with Bridget Regan [Kahlan] and she said something like that:
"I think if maybe another producer came along and wanted to pick up the show for many seasons or a movie maybe something like that [...]"

I absolutely love this show!!! It is the best series that has come out since Xena and Hercules! I hope that they continue with a season 3. I have watched every episode at least once and will continue as long as it stays on air! I was googling to see if there was a way to rate it because every vote matters! This is a show worth watching!
Oh please let there be a season 3!!! dont leave me hanging!!! This is a dynamite show, best I've seen on tv since... well... ever!! The magic and romance and action... They cant just stop it now!! Sorry, 'Legend of the Seeker' fans. It looks like the syndicated fantasy show couldn't cast a spell over enough viewers to earn a third season, as the Ausiello Files is reporting that Sam Raimi's swashbuckling series has been canceled.. :(
